Every email that is sent to a client's pop3 mailbox is first checked with SpamCops SPAM list.  If the sender is on their list, the SPAM email is dropped and never makes it to the client's mailbox.  This automated SPAM protection tool makes protecting yourself from SPAM an easy task.  The greatest feature besides not getting SPAM is there are no setups required in the client's email software (Outlook, Eudora, Netscape, Ect) or web mail.

Anti Virus Protection:
Our AntiVirus scanning service is designed to check your email as it passes through our mail servers BEFORE it is delivered to you. This means that you can literally keep viruses thousands of miles away from your computer. This service works for both Outlook and webmail users.

You should already be using anti-virus software - but is it up-to-date ? If you do already have anti-virus software then you should still consider this service as it is always up-to-date, and stops viruses BEFORE they reach you, eliminating the chance of users overriding the anti-virus software. Our system will also keep your mail box from becoming flooded with viruses even if they have been cleaned by your local virus software. If you do not already have anti-virus software then this service is an absolute must!

Message Filters:
Filtering enables messages with different criteria to be automatically filtered into different folders for easier organization. This is another great SPAM protection tool!
